We strive to offer our clients the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit. We are happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed during your consultation with the same stylist, as there are NO REFUNDS on services. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full store credit, for 14 days from your initial purchase.
Environment & Safety
Please enjoy our complimentary WIFI while relaxing. We ask that you keep your phone on silent or vibrate & keep phone conversations to a minimum for consideration of other guests. Earbuds are always awesome if you are enjoying a great Netflix binge.
We care about our clients and their families, unfortunately we lack the space & capabilities to provide care for young children while your services are being provided. For the safety of your children, and the relaxation of you and other guests, any children that are not receiving services must be supervised by an adult.
How do I get ahold of my stylist?
Email is always best, visit your stylists' page for their contact information.
Why do some stylists not have haircuts available?
Every stylist specializes in specific services; our color specialists do not offer stand-alone haircut services.
Where do I park?
We have a community parking lot, feel free to park in any open space.
Cancelation & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand life happens, if you are unable to keep your reserved appointment, cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a rebooking fee via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, online, through the app or leave a voicemail. Rebooking fees are 50% of services scheduled for late cancelation and 100% of services scheduled for No-Shows. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
